Getting there: Ask your taxi driver to take you to La Mariscal Area using the Amazonas Av. Two blocks before the Hilton Colon. He needs to turn to the right for two more blocks. On the corner you are at Casa Grande condominium. USD 5 from the airport, the Full address is:

On the corner, you have access to the trolleybus, public transportation or you can book a taxi-amigo from the flat by calling 2222222. They will send a taxi for you, any time, within 10 minutes.
If you like the look of our apartment, you can rent it from $ 500.oo per month. The price includes all service bills (condominium, cable tv, local phone calls) and there are no further taxes applicable (unlike hotel rates). There is a deposit of USD 300.

On arrival and departure::
Mrs. Mónica will meet you at the apartment, or at your Hotel in Quito, to hand over the keys and show you round. She will also collect the keys back from you at the apartment when you depart.

Security:
The flat is well protected, with shutters on each window and the front and posterior door, and has a guard at the building entrance. We ask you to take reasonable security measures for the protection of everyone in the condominium.

Do not let anyone follow you into the building - visitors should contact the flat they are visiting to gain access.
We do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and safe, please arrange for your own travel insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for accidents or other losses.
Parking:
There is a single parking space allocated to the flat - please park carefully in space 213 as space is tight. Visitors can park on the street over the road.

Hot Water:
Hot water is available 24 hours a day.
Gas Cooker:
There is a gas container outside the apartment . If it runs out a refill can be obtained for around $3 from the delivery van that comes around mid morning each day (they hoot as they pass) -ask the guard to stop them. The guard will also help you to carry the cylinder in.

Electricity:
Current is 110v/60Hz. Plugs are of the two flat pin type. The fuses are located in the Utility room. There should be candles in the kitchen drawers in case of a power cut.

On departure:
Please dispose of fresh foodstuffs and leave the flat clean and tidy. Tinned and dried foods can be left for the next visitors. Keys must be handed to Mónica on departure.
